So far so good. It's a little louder than I had hoped but not as bad as previous apartments so that is a plus. The maintenance people are on it and quickly take care of any problems.

The apartment is nice but I would prefer if the staircase was enclosed and there was an elevator moving into the third floor was a bear. The jacuzzi and pool are also nice

It was a little rough initially with the paperwork, but some of that was my fault. Great people in the office, as well as the many amenities. Plus it's a brand new complex with a lot of surrounding open space.
