I love the one bedroom apartment. The walk in closet is larger than I had in my house. It has everything I need on one level with easy access to parking. My dog loves the dog park.

It’s been a good first home, with minor issues along the way during season changes with AC/HEAT and sewer price issues. But always quick to resolve! Have the friendliest maintenance team.

Faulty thermostat was replaced within 24hrs of submitting a maintenance request. Door weather seals were installed but was not efficient enough. Large gaps exist that require a door replacement.
