amazing helpful staff, however the building finishes feel cheap...especially for the rent. The materials feel poorly made, there are little issues all around the apartment, the surfaces are scuffed in all the common areas :/

I enjoy the area, living here is mixed. As usual with apartments you encounter noisy neighbors, and messy accidents in common areas. When that isn’t happening I love it. Also not having a pool has dampened my experience a bit as well.

The Tides staff is very nice and welcoming! The building could use some paint on the floors where people have moved in and damaged the walls. Other than that The workout space is beautiful!!

The Tides is trying to charge high-end prices for a low-end building. There are serious post-construction issues that the management is ignoring. There are better options than the Bozzuto buildings.

We really liked the model and the location of the building. Gabby was able to answer all of our questions. I can't give The Tides a 5 though, as we were unable to see any of the amenity spaces - they were not open yet.
