There is a very responsive and respectful staff. I love the diversity of the residents. There are people from different countries, races, ages—from infants to over 80—and, I think sexualities.

The complex is always clean . I also like the management of the building and I have a nice neighborhood. I like the courtesy of people. Every time I met someone when I’m trying to open the door with my baby there is always someone to help.

We have had a great time living here. The amenities are awesome, although the dog park never quite was usable. It would be great if some more of the nearby restaurants opened up while we were here though.

This is a brand new property. Things are very slow to be ‘finished’. All amenities are still yet to be finished, 4 months after opening. Apartment flooring is nice but, wood flooring should have been used instead of the luxury vinyl. Despite that...
