Love my unit and the amenities. CERU is great and has a lot to offer. The pool looks like a resort pool and the floor is vinyl which is great. The unit has a great color scheme that would go with anything and everything.

Over all enjoyable. A little more attention to outside dirt, garbage around the property would be great, and cleanliness of the garage. Maybe hose down the floor and wash down the filthy doors needed to be handled to enter the building

Other than some pretty big issues and the fire alarms upon move in, everything has been good. I enjoy the amenities and I like that everything indoors is open 24hrs.

The unit is clean and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped and fresh, and amenities are superb! Huge kudos to our leasing representative Tobias, he was extremely helpful and guided us through the onboarding helping us to solve issues along the way.

Both Amy Scarlata and Hasmik Hamza go out of their way to accommodate all requests. The functions the Ceru hosts at the building are a great way to make the building a little more special than the rest.
