Maintenance is very unreliable. The employees do not try to work with the tenants schedule to enter & fix the issues. Shortcuts are taken as much as possible when work is done. Often needs to “fix” an issue more than once before it is resolved.

A great community in north Boca. No problems so far. However, the stairwell of building 11 is outdate (faded paint), always dirty, the hallways are dirty and faded paint. Smells. Elevator smells as well and doesn’t work a lot of times.
