Easy check in. Friendly staff. Unit is clean and without issues. Wish the driveway was wider though so I did not have to step in grass when getting out of my car.

Everything I was told before signing was a lie. Been in since May was told gates would be closed at night within 30. Days 4 months later nothing!! The ant problem is out of control!!!!! The smell of the water in master bath is horrible! Was told dead...

Pretty good. Huge ANT problem on move in, no pre-extermination was done. Heavy rains have decimated the mulch in most places, no gutters on back side of duplexes cause drainage issues,

We just moved in a week today and Marisol already feels like home! I love our new home, it is beautiful and comfortable and our view of the lake is gorgeous! Can’t wait to meet all our new neighbors ! All the staff in the office are so very helpful...

Absolutely love our new home at Marisol!

Only moved in on the 20th of August but we are truly happy with the design and quality of the house. Also the response by the support staff is both quick and friendly.

We love our villa. Would like to see more amenities. We have a waterfront view which is so incredibly peaceful. So far we love it here! It’s peaceful. Plus you really can’t beat living in a new build!
