Strata Wynwood is a very nice apartment complex. I just moved here from CT, so quite new to Miami. I love my corner unit room. It truly feels like home to me now!

Management could be better. Parking is a joke and they just let anyone park anywhere even though residents have to pay 125 a month. Lots of new buildings being built around. We’ll see.

As has always been the case for the last 1.5 years, the staff of the Strata Wynwood continue to provide some of the best apartment management/service that I have seen.

Living here has been delightful. Neighbors are very pleasant and respectful. You don’t hear any noise from outside when windows are closed, so nearby construction doesn’t bother us.

So far everything is amazing. I love the apartment building, amenities, and my neighbors. A very young and vibrant energy. The staff is amazing.
