Great place to live overall. The staff does a really good job keeping things clean and being responsive to any issues. Definitely one of the rare apartment staffs that go above and beyond.

Blys management is very responsive to maintenance issues. I’ve had the pleasure to have dealt with Jefferson a few times and he listened and resolved the issues in a timely fashion.

Great management and maintenance staff. We have only been here 4 weeks but we have no regrets moving into Blys. We had some maintenance issue but they were either fixed that day or with in a day or so.

The application and move-in process was smooth. The entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. It's too early to go into my experience living here as I moved in a week go but so far so good! I would recommend Blys for friends and family.

Overall, buildling is very clean and well kept. Sometimes there are issues with the elevator and parking gates which arent always fixed quickly, but can't complain. Neighbors are friendly, and the complex offers great amenties.
