There are only two versions of townhomes but tenant pays different rents. They are getting desperate to fill them.

The staff were very helpful at the beginning of the process. Martinique is in a safe, peaceful area. It is pet friendly. Good neighbors. They provide bags for pet waste. A clubhouse will be built. The property has a pool and a walking path .
