Moving into the Asher has been a great experience. Everyone including the leasing agents and other staff have been very helpful and kind throughout the entire process.

Asher has nice amenities. The gym is nice, but lately it hasn’t been looked after. The walls are really thin and I can hear my neighbors alarm go off in the mornings. The power cuts off when I simultaneously use my stove and washer/dryer.

Have enjoyed my time here! Recently suffering from some noise issues from neighbor but other than that the staff and building are very nice!

It is great here, we absolutely love it here! The events, the amenities, the gym and especially the pool. I can’t point a finger on anything besides the buildings Wi-Fi after they decided to change it. It is a challenge when you work from home.

It’s a very clean and nice apartment. It a really great part of the city. The amenities floor is great. Really enjoy the gym as well as spending time in the pool.

Overall good, but the utilities at this place are a lot than I was spending anywhere else, maybe something to do with the water cooler ac. Rent should be stable due to large amount of apartments building in the area.

I've lived in Asher for a couple months now and so far the experience has been very good! The outdoor area, pool, gym, and workspaces are all very nice and I really enjoy the neighborhood. The staff is very helpful and friendly .

The staff was always there to answer any of my questions and made the process so smooth! I love my floor, it is very quiet. The amenity deck is amazing and I cant wait for the hot tub to be up.

Best place I have ever lived! Everything is just beautiful. The landscaping, 7th floor amenity area and the Asher/Roost Team and top notch.

We love living at Asher! The amenities, people, and unit itself are great! The only cons is that sometimes the WiFi isn’t super dependable, parking garage can get very full, and of course rent is expensive but worth it to us!
