Clean and everyone is friendly

That the front office really goes above and beyond to make your day a little better !

A unit next to ours flooded due to a broken sprinkler, and the water damaged a wall in our unit. There has been zero communication on the repairs. The elevator was out of service for days without any sign posted or updates on when it would be fixed.

Having Victoria back at the Batch Yard has really been doing a lot of good from what I've personally seen and have heard from other tenants.

This is the first apartment my boyfriend and I have cohabitated and we Are so happy here. We feel like we're being spoiled! I have had no issues with the property, management, or residents.

Amazing staff. Overall very enjoyable. Feel as though we raise concerns and most are followed up on but certain things just have not been remedied.

MY LIVING EXPERIENCE IS WONDERUL. EVERYONE IS ALWAYS SO NICE AND THE COMPLEX DEFINITELY KEEPS THE RESIDENTS INFORMED ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT IS HAPPENING. I CANT WAIT UNTIL THE SUMMER WHEN THE POOL AND ROOFTOP POOLS OPEN.

I've lived in many apartments in the Boston area but the Batch Yard is the first apartment that felt more like a home instead of just a place to sleep. The staff and the community as far exceeded my expectations. I love this place!
