Our experience living in the AP community has gotten a lot better after a few bumps in the road initially. Amenities are great and the upkeep of them is impressive. They do a good job at making sure the grills don’t get gross.

Also an easement out back is being created for access to the Glendale Park, an additional dog walking path and loop options. Many units still unoccupied and landscaping remains, but probable in a few months will be about double its population.

We love Ashlar Park! Our move in process was very smooth and the leasing office has been very helpful with all of our questions and making our new apartment feel like home. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for one in the Quincy Area.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. When I moved I. There were a few gifts waiting for me in my apt including a couple of gifts for my dog! From the finish’s to the small details they seem to have remembered it all.

So far so good, being a new place does have some drawbacks...one being my card isn't able to gain access to the gym, the parking situation is a tad bit confusing as of now, the pool table not being able to be used.
