The apartments are well maintained, clean, and convenient to shops. It offers a fair amount of activities for children, young adults, and dogs, but very little for seniors.

The property is kept in mint condition. The staff is very quick to respond to any questions and concerns.

Landscaping and general upkeep of buildings leave a lot to be desired. Interior appearance of building is very commendable.

I have lived here almost 7 years. It has been an amazing experience. All the staff are amazing and the residents I come in contact are very nice. I could not think of another place to live. Enclave @ Box Hill is the greatest.

Very quiet. Convenient to stores. Highway accessible

A real diamond in the rough. A comfortable place. Convenience of a pool, valet trash removal, ample parking, pleasant neighbors, wonderful walking trails, always a smile in the office. Fitness lab is also convenient.

Would like to have cameras in the mail room to avoid packages being taken. I’ve been a victim of this one time and would hope it doesn’t happen again.

Things have been great here. Building is well maintained. Maintenance is very responsive and nice.

Immediate response to any issues is always priority for the staff. Love all the tenant appreciations gatherings! The office staff always greets everyone with a smile.

Love our apartment

I have lived at The Enclave since 2021 and I can truely say that I love my Apartment ,the community and the Amenities provided.

The staff are very responsive and personable, whether it's the front office, the housekeeping or the maintenance personnel! I truly enjoy living here!

I love it here. From the moment I came for a tour I was blown away. The apartments are beautiful and quiet. They more than fit my expectations.

We have only been here a few months and already love it . We moved back to the area after being on the west coast for over 10 years and enclave has made us feel right back at home !

My husband and I are empty-nesters and are thoroughly enjoying the lifestyle that the Enclave has provided!

I love this house except for the few things previously stated. The staff are wonderful in our community. The grounds are kept clean and in order. I love the community, I just wish it were closer to Bel Air.
