Crosswinds apartments are in a great location along the Towne Centre however lately there has been a lot of construction which occurs at night and is moderately disruptive. Otherwise, the resident events are always fun and the building is clean.

So far I love this place. The staff is friendly and a lot of the other tenants are nice. Its located at entrance of the Towne Centre, which means just about everything is within walking distance. If I have to drive to a store, I'm barely wasting gas.

Ambient temperature in hallway, elevator, and stairwells is usually too warm. The monthly email to remind residents to pay rent should only be sent to those who haven’t paid or those who requested a reminder. Otherwise, great place to live.
