White Marsh

White Marsh, located just 20 minutes northeast of Baltimore along I-95, is a planned mixed-use community whose life began rather humbly as a set of blueprints in 1965. It wasn’t until 1981 that White Marsh Mall, the center of the community, was complete. Since then White Marsh has grown slowly and steadily, adding vibrant and walkable communities to its list of assets. Residents can step out their door and access a huge variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and boutiques. Or with Baltimore so close, they can easily pop into the city and take advantage of its entertainment and cultural opportunities – not to mention world-class dining and shopping. With so much to do in White Marsh, though, you might never leave.
