My experience overall has been quite good. The location is the best, staff are friendly, and amenities are nice to have. Sometimes maintenance is super slow but usually it’s not too urgent as long as it gets taken care of. I do enjoy living here.

The Harbor East area is an excellent location, with abundant security. The apartment is probably the quietest I have ever lived in, which is paramount for us. Staff is very attentive and responsive. The property is kept in an immaculate condition.
