Great apartment building, all the nice amenities, and a great staff. The only issue is the broken main elevator, there are two elevators in the entrance, and one has been out of service for apparently a year now.

Staff is great and building is very clean. Package service is great. 1 of the 2 elevators in the lobby has been broken for almost a year, and cars in the garage frequently get broken into. Gym could use updating (some equipment is broken).

Beautifully designed and maintained facility. Staff (managers, concierge, maintenance) without exception are very professional and friendly. Location is excellent for restaurants, water, cultural activities.

To date, even though I have not moved in until next week, I have been very pleased with the professionalism of the leasing staff and the front desk staff. Extremely helpful, caring, responsive to my questions and needs.
