Things have been good generally. My cabinets are dated and being held together with glue in my renovated apartment, and they never fixed my front door. The staff does keep the facilities clean and the gate is working now.

So far the staff is wonderful! The community is quiet and people have been friendly. My only disappoint are the amenities (gym, etc). The move in process was very smooth and Jordan was fantastic!

Would recommend it for the outstanding community and especially the professional staff and extremely kind and friendly neighbors.

The community is awesome and well kept. The hospitality of staff is very good and welcoming. They made relocating easy.

I have already recommended this property to a couple of people because of the excellent customer service provided by the leasing agents, as well as, the beauty and quietness of the property.

This particular maintenance request re: no hot water was handled efficiently and correctly

The timeliness of the maintenance requests being met has improved dramatically and I think that is a positive influence.

Slow request to fix repairs, too many maintenance employees changing and office staff with the exception of Myra.

Very nice staff, unfortunately Pandemic has not allowed for many significant improvements

When I first moved here I would have definitely but after being here a little more than 2 years my complaints have not been resolved despite me complaining multiple times. Looking forward to moving.
