There is no video surveillance here and so there is rampant package theft. Half of packages are stolen. This is NOT a safe community. The new management must address safety problems immediately to make it worth renting here.

I lived in Apt 131-14 from 02/11 thru 01/14. I did not have any problems. Maintenance was very responsive to my issues. The complex was nice and clean. I always felt safe. I enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend others to stay there.

Quiet, kid friendly, amenities, the staff are all very friendly and easy to talk to..

Its large enough of a community where I don't feel crowded, but small enough where I don't feel like I have no neighbors.

The apartment is great, Maintenance. crew is very nice and good at what they do. Office staff is great.
