Maintenance is very responsive and fast. Staff takes care of you and hears your concerns. Noise is very minimal, can only hear in hallways not when you are inside your apartment.

Living in the edge has been a pleasure. The apartments are high end, the amenities offered are great. Especially the office space. Its in a convenient location with the light rail just a few blocks away.

Love the building and the amenities! Some tenants have no respect for their neighbors by letting their kids and pets run up and down the hallways. Management needs to look into this a bit further. Other than that I love living here.

People just don’t take care of their own pets anymore. Elevator is always dirty. No resident is called attention to curb its own dog. Carpet on the third level ued to be clean, now has many stains from dog pee on it.

The process of actually moving in is easy but another cart is needed. The staff is very helpful and I like the classes on the roof. The neighbors are friendly and I think asking people to wear socks inside would help with the noise level.
