The train is very loud, especially at night when you're trying to sleep or get woken up at 3AM. People are also constantly dropping weights at the gym, even at midnight or 6am. Couples nearby periodically arguing with each other.

It's been great. People are nice and professional. The only drawbacks are.... the train, no cooking air vents, hard water and electric bill. But other than that the apartment is a place I would recommend.

The building is nice. I would like to be able to buzz my guest in so I don’t have to come downstairs and for as much as I pay the appliances should be updated i.e fridge and kitchen faucet are old fashioned.
