Management is focused on sales. They take forever to respond and are not focused on resident satisfaction or maintaining the property. They bill it as a luxury property during tours but do not treat it as one once you live here

The constant turnover of management staff in the building leads to a team that does not know the building, it's residents or the history. Please do better to retain staff.
