Nothing has been updated in the building for MONTHS. And yet our rent continues to increase. They could Atleast fix every broken machine in the gym which is now half. Lack of communication is awful

Good location, nice amenities, and a heck of a deal at move in when compared to other apartment options. With the construction upcoming to improve the lobby, gym, and grills, this is going to be a place people certainly want to live.

Everything is great. But sometimes the noise of washing machine from upper floor is annoying. And construction sites outside window generate noise.
