Amenities are nice. Maintenance staff very responsive and helpful. Noise level has increased significantly. The walls have cracked in some places and parts of the floor are lifting.

I love living here, my dogs are especially happy there is a place for them to run around with other dogs. The living spaces are well kept and up to date as well.

Molly Brook maintenance does a good job, when you put in a request they come and they even do things they aren’t necessarily responsible for!

It’s a wonderful place to be. We lived at Molly Brook for a year because a tree fell on our house and we chose to come back again when we sold our home. Danielle and James are both very helpful.

Too many dogs. In spite of having a restriction on certain types of dogs there are many of those in the buildings. People are not screened enough. A lot of trash live here.

Extra fees for sewer is annoying, then when you go online to pay (community site), the system doesn’t work. Annoying compounded by frustrating.
