Every fall/winter the wind blows all leaves down to the 22 bldg. requiring our walking thru them. When they are wet they create a dangerous, slippery condition. No one cleans them out until Spring. They also create an unseemly looking condition.

The point at pine ridge is a beautiful place to live. There are many activities to do here that the leasing office provides and the service they provide is excellent.

Friendly staff and Great Holiday Parties

If this refers to changing the fluorescent bulbs in the kitchen the young man was very nice and professional. It was nice he arrived quickly after I called. As for the community that would be a whole separate ‘resident experience.’

Old, worn out. Zero help from anyone. Way overpriced, all good. Im only there a few months out of the year but i would never refer. And the burglaries are out of control.

There a lot of unlawfulness happening people are not pick up behind There dogs, Some residents let their dogs run loose without leases on them Unfortunately a lot of residents don't have respect for others space parking and on the ground

We really enjoy living here BUT although the establishment is dog friendly some neighbors are not. Not really enjoying worrying about the next complaint regarding outside things prompting our dogs to bark that we cannot control.

Overpriced, poor maintenance, and nobody really cares.
