The elevators are constantly out of service, resulting in long waits to get up stairs. I don't know a single resident who is happy as a result. Stay away until they finish the elevator replacement program in 2019

I never want to live anywhere else in NYC. The staff and my apartment make it an extremely positive living experience. Doesn't hurt that it is in the heart of Flat Iron and Chelsea - a great location. Living next to Fairway is a fabulous bonus too.
