Overall great, just have a noisy morning with garbage pick form shopping plaza next across the street (5:15 - 6:00 am). Can this be moved to later 6:00 - 6:30 am)?

Due to the buildings settling, a water pipe under our stink started leaking. The call for maintenance was responded to immediately and the problem fixed within hours. That kind of service is rare these days.
