This place is very modern and cool. But very very expensive 😕

Its been great so far. The staff always greets me with a smile, they love my dog and the residents are very nice. I really like it here. I cant wait to get settled in so I can use more of the amenities around the building.

Beautiful welcome gifts to ease the move in stress with a great starter meal. The staff have all been great to work with and Rebecca has been fantastic making everything work smoothly.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful Maintenance staff very responsive to requests. The property is well maintained. Activities are well planned and diverse.

Everyone is very nice and everytime I call there is always someone available to answer my questions with a great disposition. They are a great team

Move in day check in was smooth and painless. The apartments are beautiful and cleaned before you move in, unlike some other places I’ve lived in the last couple of years.

Stefana made the process a breeze! We love her! This place has everything we wanted and more. Love the ease of move in, and not having to worry about cable set up!

We've been here since November and we really enjoy the community and all of the amenities in the beautiful common areas !! We would highly recommend Parkside Arden Building to anyone looking for a beautiful, new, modern apartment.

We love it here! Amenities and location are great. The office holds a lot of neat community events, too. Only downside is that the walls seem to be paper thin.

We fell in love with the apartment. The flooring and the outdoor walk to the balcony are amazing. The view overlooking the Collegeville scenery is brilliant.

Everything is great, staff does an amazing job. Quick to respond and ensure everything is resolved. Had a great time at the holiday gathering, the staff did an excellent job.

My apartment is lovely, the common community areas are beautiful and my neighbors (and their fur babies) have all been very friendly. The office staff has been super helpful, kind and supportive and they ensured a smooth move in.

We’ve had some issues with the apartment but the maintenance folks have been very responsive in getting everything resolved. All of the office staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Overall the property is very nice with great amenities.

Move in day was a success, Easy access to the freigh elevators, Beautiful establishment and others we encountered were so very pleasant. Management team was helpful and apartment was full of kind thoughtful arrival items.

The staff made it extremely welcoming, and made the transition for moving as stressless as possible. Happy with the surrounding neighborhood and playgrounds.

So far it has been great. The residences are beautiful. Leasing staff is amazing. Rebecca made choosing the Arden apartments to be my next home easy.

We are just moving in, so I'm reserving a star. The process has been easy. The staff has been very cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. My family has been very impressed when I've shown them the property.

Great place to live. Perfect location near the town center but not too close. Delicious restaurants, stores, and coffee shops nearby as well.
