Phenomenal amenities and staff! I find the spaces to be a good value relative to similar options in the area. I highly recommend considering the Halstead as your home base in PVD.

The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Only a couple of days in thus far, but so far the apartment and amenities have been awesome! I also love the historical touches retained in the complex.

The apartment complex is well kept and tenants are respectful of one another. There is an added cost to everything and with rent prices increasing things can get quite expensive.

The overall cleaning has improved to my satisfaction. Maintenance is always prompt and efficient. The new cold brew flavor is also amazing but the station hours are irregular. Sometimes, it's closed at 9ish am and not closed at 6ish pm, weekdays.

I believe the staff at the Halstead are incredibly good and attentive to residents needs - can't wait to see the completion of the renovations :-)

We moved to the Promenade in 2016 and loved every aspect of it but then due to work had to move away 3 years. Now coming back after all this time, nothing and everything has changed but only for the better. We are excited to be back!
