I really love living at Halstead! The only area of feedback is the laundry room. The machines are constantly breaking down however the Manager sent me a gift card to make up for it so that was so appreciated. Other than that no complaints at all!

We are more pleased than ever with the staff at Halstead. A dead refrigerator was replaced same day 2 weeks ago. The maintenance guy was meticulous in emptying and filling, and worked clean.

I moved in yesterday and love is so far! The welcome gifts were so cute. My apartment was super clean and had no damages when I moved in which is so great.

Offices staff, concierge, maintenance staff, cleaning staff are all simply excellent. Not quite sure about the aesthetic changes to the lobby, but all in all, we love living here.

The overall cleaning has improved to my satisfaction. Maintenance is always prompt and efficient. The new cold brew flavor is also amazing but the station hours are irregular. Sometimes, it's closed at 9ish am and not closed at 6ish pm, weekdays.

I believe the staff at the Halstead are incredibly good and attentive to residents needs - can't wait to see the completion of the renovations :-)
