I have really enjoyed my time at Oakville. The amenities are extremely nice and never crowded. There have been a few issues with internet cutting in and out as well as issues with elevators, but for the most part everything runs smoothly.

The location is superb - walking distance to Target, restaurants, and grocery stores. The staff are very quick to respond and always follow up. Amenities are what one would expect from a new complex in the DC area.

The Oakville is a quiet, friendly place; the staff is very helpful and congenial and the amenities are outstanding! The WiFi/Internet access can be a bit spotty at times, however, especially in the common areas.

Amazing leasing, cleaning and maintenance staff! They handled the most recent snow storm really well. The only issue is the internet connectivity and we hope it will be resolved soon.
