Maintenance team is the best I’ve had in any apartment building. Amenities are often closed/not working, but they’re taking steps to get everything updated and back in working order.

It feels as though residents at the Kingsley are just numbers. One of my friends said that his rent was going up 50% on his lease renewal. That is criminal and greedy.
