Great place and staff are super friendly. Not many amenities so price you pay for is more based on quality of apartment. Walls are pretty thick and windows are mostly noise cancellation.

Watching this place grow with the nee management has been a positive experience. Initially, the upkeep was bare minimum and the customer service was subpar. Over the last year, it really has come along in the best way. I know I appreciate it.

The View is a great community for the value. You can get clean, well laid out apartments for competitive pricing very close to DC. They are pet friendly, but the pets aren’t an issue in terms of noise for the most part, which is great.
