It was pleasant. Office was prompt with everything. Maintenance was top notch. They always came really quickly and got apartment issues resolved. I wish they let us use Ring cameras though.

Great neighborhood with nice and well-maintained amenities. Anytime I needed maintenance, they came within 24 hours and solved whatever issue - my favorite part is the dog park and the amount of dog parents that live in the complex :-)

Always was kind and attentive. The staff are very nice, the amenities were relatively well kept. At times there were issues with children being free in the amenities and making a mess, but staff addressed this as needed.

The value we get out of this apartment is not worth the price anymore. You need to stop raising the rent. We wish we didn’t renew our lease but we didn’t really have a choice at the time. We are not going to renew our lease again.
