We have really enjoyed our experience so far and look forward to doing things in the community on site and offsite. The free shuttle to the metro is a nice perk. I did not know about either.

Everything at three collective has been amazing! From the management office, to the residents, amenities and maintenance staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love coming home and taking advantage of all the perks.

Communication has improved significantly, and we feel a lot more welcome. If I had to say anything, it's just that events start at 5 pm usually, and many people work 9-5. Maybe a 6 or 630 event cooking demo would be a great idea!
