So far we have had a great experience with managing agency. We recently moved to ovation and it was very smooth. The team is very helpful and make themselves available for any concerns. Any issues are addressed very quickly.

The building isnt nearly as well run as it has been in years past. Jose, the maintenance guy, is fantastic, but prop mgmt and leasing has gone downhill and it seems like there are constant outages - from elevators to the coffee machine.
