The community is good, there is no noise and the staff is polite. We believe that adolescents should have more autonomy. They should be able to enter independently with their keys.

So far so good! The approval process took longer than I expected. I have never waited a week to get approved however the actual Move in was seamless.

The community is beautiful and welcoming. The process of completing the lease process remotely was a bit clunky. Communication with leasing staff was often delayed and move-in day disorganized. Concierge and maintenance staff are friendly and prompt.
