This is a new apartment in an upcoming area. The neighborhood is well maintained and safe. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. Would recommend!

I am happy, comfortable and safe. Rye house is clean and the staff is quick to respond to any issues. The building is very secure and there is staff working at the front desk overnight which I like.

I love it here! Great complex, great the front desk and maintenance team. I love my apartment, and have an amazing view of the water. I also enjoy the little community, great place to run around, bike or walk your dog!

So far everything is amazing. My only complaint is the not visitor friendly parking situation. The parking garage is very expensive. There is no overnight street parking. Nothing free anyway as is normal in the city overnight.

The Rye House is beautiful and the staff is so warm and welcoming. They answered every question we had and even recommended apartments for us to look at.

So far, so good. There are several things in the unit that indicate sloppy construction. Floors are uneven, items missing like tub stopper. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the community environment is awesome!
