I would recommend the apartment because heat/ hot water are included in the rent + the covered parking is a great advantage. I would not recommend it because of the monthly rent which is too high in my view

You really love this place, apartment is really big, and amenities are new and ready for use with awesome quality. Only one week for response and warm welcome. Another thing is the view, is really good and is a quiet place. Is the best option.

I would recommend KTAB based on my maintenance interaction because the maintenance team is extremely knowledgeable about the apartments and the building. The office and maintenance team work together to quickly respond to maintenance requests.

I would because its clean, comfortable and safe. The only problem I have is that its way too expensive for the area, and for only one person. It's in a very busy area of Burlington, and basically in Woburn.

Maintenance people have very helpful for a variety of problems in the almost two years we have been here. The folks in the office have also been very helpful.

It would be nice to live in an apartment complex that fixes minor issues in tenants apartments without a tenant needing to pay for it, bathroom problems with water and floors.
