This management does nothing to stop dog owners from cleaning up after their pets. There is poop everywhere. Every once in a blue moon they clean it up. Install motion cameras - hire a company to clean it up every week. The grounds are disgusting.

Great apartment, good amenities , but poor trash disposal system

The best way to describe my experience at Avalon Danbury thus far is simple: it's a renter's dream.

I knew the moment I stepped on the property that Avalon Danbury would be my new home! Beautiful landscaping, great amenities, helpful staff and beautiful apartments made my decision an easy one! So happy to say I live here!

All has been wonderful. Especially the staff at Avalon Danbury. Office staff and maintenance staff have treated me very well and made me feel comfortable and at home in my new place. I couldn't ask for better service. THANK YOU!!!!!

Easy living in a clean, pretty environment.

Beginning with the office staff, who want nothing more than to assist you with what ever you need, to the maintenance staff, who are always timely and extraordinarily helpful...Avalon Danbury is a safe, secure and a comfortable environment to live.

Avalon has changed in the past 2 years. It was always clean grounds grass was always and bushes always trimmed. The hallways in the bldg. way always cleaned once a week now it might be once a month.
