wonderful place to live, generally good considerate neighbors common areas - seems beer tap and coffee machine haven't worked since last year?

With recent personnel changes it is difficult to know who to contact with problems or concerns. For example the coffee machine has been down for months with no replacement in sight.

Great place to live, very nice and clean! The most wonderful thing is very close to everything!The staff is always very kind and helpful! So glad to be part of the community!

Our experience has been wonderful . The building is very clean. We enjoy the monthly events, especially the Christmas and Super Bowl parties. We hope things will continue to be a good experience.

When we will have another property manager?

The management and maintenance staff are excellent. The events for the residents are quite good.

Best condo to live in ! Clean friendly and monthly hot breakfast and cocktails for socializing. Condo is spacious well planned with walk in closets , washer dryer front loader and nice kitchen plenty of cabinets.
