Tons of amenities which are well maintained and a really good, caring staff.

High end dishwasher which originally came with apartment broke. Replaced with low end, plastic tub dishwasher despite multiple requests to replace with commiserate style.

Lovely building, but management is unresponsive

Staying at modern for a year now. The staff here goes beyond expectations to ensure you feel at home.

Management is spotty at best. Rules are not enforced and maintenance is often done half way.
