Reaching the front desk from outside is a problem. Front desk should have a cellphone or a Messenger app to reach them. It basically costs $15 to buy earphones and microphone, still for the last 2 years they were out of reach.

For the most part, the community is great. One downside is that some of the concierge staff can be rude though this is infrequent. Maintenance could also do a better job cleaning the common areas and the hallway painting/carpet should be updated.
