Great apartment to live in. Good amenities, great insulation during the winters. Cons - slightly far from path and light rail stations. While there is a free shuttle service, I’d too miss one the wait time during non Pai times is 30 mins!!

Asa long time resident, I am quite happy living here. The new management, Bozzuto, looks very good. I believe they are trying very hard to offer a very high-quality living experience.

Great experience so far! The leasing office has been so helpful in getting everything set up and making sure any issues were taken care of very quickly.

Location is great, people are nice, rent is decently priced for the area, but don’t expect any maintenance issues to be fixed with any sort of haste or care. Most issues are addressed like a bandage and not really “fixed”.
