Halstead Countryside is among the nicest places I have ever been to. Ideal location for a long-term residence. The amenities offered by HALSTEAD were excellent.

Besides the amount of cigarette smoke that comes seeping through my windows from neighbors (I have bad asthma), I love the spaciousness of the apartment and how quiet everyone is at night. Lived here 6 months and considering renewing in the spring!

Everything is great here. they are short staffed is my only complaint and people still smoke even though it’s non smoking

Everyone in the office is really wonderful and helpful, my apartment is well worth the cost, and we rarely run into issues! When we do, they are solved quickly :)

There is no video surveillance here and so there is rampant package theft. Half of packages are stolen. This is NOT a safe community. The new management must address safety problems immediately to make it worth renting here.
