It’s been 4th year here at Chesapeake ridge..doing excellent..very neat clean community..Neighbours are very nice and sweet..Management team is very cooperative and such nice team helpful..we are happy to be here..

The biggest thing is, they finally got the garage I've needed for the last couple of years, which I'm grateful for!! Management as always been very compliant for all my requests, which I'm grateful.

For the price you pay you would expect the appliances, cabinets and fixtures not to be 1990's builder grade. The pool is nice.

I've lived here a couple of years and will renew again, neighbors are great also the staff.❤️ ❤️ ❤️.

Staff is very friendly and efficient.

Garbage unit is always having issues. Rent is too high.
