Management does not enforce rules. Dogs are left on balconies barking. Packages are constantly being delivered to the wrong buildings and left strewn in the vestibules. Residents play loud music without regard to quiet hours as specified in our lease...

Too many dogs. In spite of having a restriction on certain types of dogs there are many of those in the buildings. People are not screened enough. A lot of trash live here.

Extra fees for sewer is annoying, then when you go online to pay (community site), the system doesn’t work. Annoying compounded by frustrating.
