The main improvement I can think of is the parking space in front of the building. Some people park there over night or for long time. It has become better recently. I think it would be nice to enforce 20 min parking only

South Lobby entrance curfew is a huge inconvenience. Hopefully in the future you hire another concierge to cover that area. Residents let anyone piggyback I understand however it’s unfair that we have to walk around.
