Everyday maintenance on the interior of the building is improved; however the tile grout throughout has never been cleaned, and is so filthy that it sullies any efforts.

Great place to live. Everything is always maintained

The public areas are very clean and maintained. The swimming pool water heater was fixed and swimming is pleasant. There are still problems with the fire alarm going off in the lobby daily and the pool furniture has mildew.
