After living at Centerra for over 6 years I was sadly relocated due to my job. Moving out was made very seamless by Stephen and the team at Centerra. No question or issue was too small. They handled everything with complete professionalism.

Elevators were working very quickly

The team creates a great community environment, fostered by social opportunities throughout the month. This team is quick to respond and highly communicative. Although we're situated in the middle of a downtown metro, the building feels safe.

The monthly events are very fun and well put together. While maintenance can sometimes be an issue, hot water and elevators being the major factors, they are almost always resolved in a timely manner.
