Read MoreThe front office is not as quick to respond as the old management used to be and it doesn't seem that the elevator and hallways are cleaned as regularly as they used to be under the old management.
Gibson is the best! Location and community is wonderful, there aren’t many amenities but it is hard to beat living so close to the beach. The new management company is much better than previous years, as well as the maintenance guy.
